Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly, adding some oil if necessary, turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange thawed peas on top; then cover with sliced celery. Mix together mushroom soup, cream, salt, and pepper and onions; pour over celery. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
