My husband loves steaks,so I always make this seasoning.It is a little spicy but quite delicious.Serve it with grilled vegetables and Mexican rice.

Ingredients

4
beef rib-eye steaks(11/2 inch thick)
1-2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
paprika
2 tsp
dried ground thyme
2 tsp
dried oregano
11/2 tsp
salt
11/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
lemon pepper
1 tsp
ground red pepper
orange slices
parsley springs

Step-By-Step

1Brush steaks lightly with olive oil.In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into sides.Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
2Grill steaks,turning once.15-18 minutes for rare,19-23 minutes for medium,and 23-30 minutes for well done.
3Place on warm platter and cut across the grain into thick slices.Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
