beef rib-eye steaks(11/2 inch thick)
Brush steaks lightly with olive oil.In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into sides.Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
Grill steaks,turning once.15-18 minutes for rare,19-23 minutes for medium,and 23-30 minutes for well done.
Place on warm platter and cut across the grain into thick slices.Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
