This I like to make for a tailgate party. And it always get's raves. You might want to double or even triple the recipe.

Ingredients

BARBECUEBURGERS;

2 slice
bread
2 lb
ground beef
1 large
onion chopped
1/2 c
chopped pepper
1
egg
1/2 c
chili sauce
2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
garlic buns

GARLIC BUNS;

1/4 c
melted buttet
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
8 hamburger buns, split

Step-By-Step

1BARBECUEBURGER'S;
Soak bread in water, squeeze dry. Add remaining ingredients except GARLIC BUNS blend well.
2Shape into 8 patties.
3Broil in broiler or over charcoal 6 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
4Place on Garlic Buns add desired accompaniments.
5GARLIC BUN'S;
Blend butter and garlic powder, spread on buns.
6Place on baking sheet, buttered side up.
7Broil until toasted.
