For a quick healthy breakfast this is perfect! I almost feel like I'm having a milk shake and feel a little guilty.
Just to let you know, when purchasing your yogurt please read the ingredients and the sugar content. You will be amazed at the difference!
I purchase fresh pineapple, especially when it's on sale. Cut one pineapple to get 8 spears and freeze them up. I love using this instead of canned pineapple, even when making pineapple upside down cake.

Ingredients

1 stick
fresh and frozen pineapple (8 spears per whole pineapple)
1/2 c
blueberries
1 c
strawberries, cut in half
1 medium
banana (can be small or large, whatever you have)
1 1/2 c
non-fat greek plain yogurt
1 Tbsp
chia seeds

OPTIONAL:

2 Tbsp
agave

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut up your frozen Pineapple in quarters. Place in the blender first then add the rest of your ingredients.
puree until smooth and blended well
