According to this book it is the ideal baby bottle food. creates about zero havic on those young teeth according to a denist named Phillip Walsh. I thing it was a great light drink myself. For myself I added a little vanilla.

Place water and banana in blender and blend until smooth. add more water if a thinner liquid is needed as with a bottle.
If making for someone other than a baby add the vanilla any time and blend well

Note: use vanilla for flavoring.
If you wish sweeter use the almond, always tastes sweeter with almond.

Hanan No sorry it is water and I am changing it now. The fit for life books say do not use cows milk. It is strickly water and banana
