- organic raw almonds
- 3 1/2 c
- filtered water plus extra for soaking overnight
- 1/2 tsp
- pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch
- salt, optional
- 1 or 2 tsp
- good honey , optional for sweetness
3Place a clean white linen towel or 2 white paper towels in a strainer over a large bowl. Pour blended liquid, a little at a time, into the towel. Keep pouring slowly until all the liquid has passed through.( If using linen towel twist to get all the liquid out.)For paper towels use a large spoon to gently press out all the liquid in the pulp.
