1 c almonds
4 c water
sweetener of any kind
vanilla extract

Stormy's Notes:

after making almond milk you can dehydrate the leftover pulp to create almond meal for using in recipes

 

Directions

soak the almonds in the water overnight.

process the almonds and water in a blender a minute or two, strain and add (guava- sugar- fake sweetener or other sweetening agent to taste)add vanilla.

lasts 3-4 days in the fridge.

To create almond meal you simply take the strained pulp, as dry as possible so strain well. place on a cookie sheet in a oven at the lowest setting(or a food dehydrator at appropriate setting for meal) for two to three hours stirring and checking often.
