Directionssoak the almonds in the water overnight.process the almonds and water in a blender a minute or two, strain and add (guava- sugar- fake sweetener or other sweetening agent to taste)add vanilla.lasts 3-4 days in the fridge.To create almond meal you simply take the strained pulp, as dry as possible so strain well. place on a cookie sheet in a oven at the lowest setting(or a food dehydrator at appropriate setting for meal) for two to three hours stirring and checking often.
