Ingredients

10 c
water
4
peppermint tea bags
1
achote/cut into pieces
1
ginger piece, peeled and cut up
4
lemons
1/2 c
honey

Step-By-Step

1In a large sauce pan bring all ingredients ( except honey) to a boil.

2turn off,cover and steep 15 mins.

3Let cool and strain...

4place in a glass jar and add the honey, stir well and keep at room temperature.

5Drink throughout the day...enough for 2 days.
