Summer Detox Water

Summer ushers in all the wonderful festivals and fairs that we love to attend. They also have all kinds of indulging treats that are loaded with calories & such. So,we've needed to detox during the week in order to enjoy some of those greasy fried fair foods.

Not only that, but when we visited with our brother in law Jeff about a month ago we noticed how he had lost a significant amount of weight and looked fantastic and we asked him what he was doing. This "detox water" was at the top of his list of changes he had made.

It's very refreshing water and packed full of flavors that we love

1/2 gal
water, ice cold
1 medium
cucumber, sliced
1 - 2 small
lemons, sliced
1 bunch
handful of mint leaves

Directions Step-By-Step

Fill a 1/2 gallon container with ice and water. Add your three ingredients: cucumber, lemon and mint to the water. Refrigerate for 12 hours at least or 24 hrs and then drink within 2 to 3 days.
