Cut a small piece off of the bottom of each strawberry so that they stand upright. Then, hull each berry, making sure not to pierce the bottom. Cut a small "X" 1/2 to 2/3 of the way down the berry. Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Place whipping cream in chilled glass bowl and whip until it starts to thicken. Add sugar, vanilla and vodka or rum. Continue to whip until soft peaks form. Pipe or spoon into berries. Top with blueberry. Serve immediately.
*** Note: These can be made with alcohol infused aerosol whipped cream already made, available now at most liquor stores.
