Sugar Free Key Lime Pie
This is a recipe I found on Pinterest, but I tweaked it to make it sugar free, and replaced the yogurt for cream cheese. Not a yogurt fan! This turned out pretty good to me, so I thought I'd share my version. Going to try strawberry next. Hope you enjoy!
- 1/4 c
- 1 pkg
- sugar free lime jello
- 1 pkg
- cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp
- lime juice
- 8 oz
- tub of frozen sugar free, or lite cool whip or whipped topping (thawed)
- graham cracker pie crust
1Microwave water on high for 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes, or until boiling. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved.
2In large bowl mix gelatin mixture, cream cheese, and lime juice.
3Fold in Cool Whip. Spread in crust and refrigerate until set.
