Combine 1 pint blueberries and the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan on the stove. Medium heat, stir periodically until the sauce thickens, approx 15 minutes or so.
Cool slightly and pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell.
Pour the other pint of blueberries on top and pat them gently into the cooked berries. You may want to add another handful or so of blueberries on top so that the entire surface is fresh berries. Serve with whipped cream.
