This is a delicious no-bake cream cheese pie. Skill level EASY.

Ingredients

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

8 ounce container whipped topping
1/2 c
sugar

16 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained

9 inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl,blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in whipped topping on low speed until smooth.Fold in drained crushed pineapple. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set.

I can remember my mom making this "cool new dessert" back in the early 70's...it was a big hit back then. I always made my own graham cracker crust and used a 9" X 13" cake pan and "doubled" the recipe. What a great summer dessert! THANKS FOR SHARING!
