Vanilla Honey Almond Frozen Yogurt

- vanilla bean
- 3 c
- plain yogurt
- 3 Tbsp
- 1/4 c
- sliced roasted unsalted almonds
- 6 Tbsp
- local honey
1Slice the vanilla bean open lengthwise. Use the back of the knife to scrape out the vanilla caviar inside.
2Mix together the yogurt, vanilla caviar & the Stevia.
3Pour into your ice cream machine & process according to the manufacturer directions. Add the sliced almonds during the last two minutes. Scoop the yogurt out og the machine & into a plastic resealable container. Freeze for 30 minutes to get a firmer consistency. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the top before eating.
