Slice the vanilla bean open lengthwise. Use the back of the knife to scrape out the vanilla caviar inside.
Mix together the yogurt, vanilla caviar & the Stevia.
Pour into your ice cream machine & process according to the manufacturer directions. Add the sliced almonds during the last two minutes. Scoop the yogurt out og the machine & into a plastic resealable container. Freeze for 30 minutes to get a firmer consistency. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the top before eating.
