I love this snack in the evening. It is cool sweet hardly any mess. Can be done in a blender to make a smoother dessert but I like whole berries. Besides who wants to clean a blender if they do not have too. Simple enough a kid could make it.

Ingredients

1 c
frozen berries (or any fruit)
2% milk
3 pkg
splenda esentials

Step-By-Step

1Place one cup of berries into a deep serving bowl. (Cut strawberries or other large pieces of fruit into smaller pieces like 1/4th size)
2Cover berries in milk
3Add splenda. stir up berries and let sit till you see milk glaze and freeze to the fruit.
4Mix around till it is a creamy frozen texture and Enjoy!
