I've never made them, but think I'll try them for the Memorial Day weekend...sound really good & kids love cantaloupe!

- fresh cantaloupe, cut in 1" cubes
- 1 Tbsp
- fresh lime juice
1Combine cantaloupe and lime juice in a food processor and process until smooth.
2Pour into 6 (2-1/2 oz.) freezer pop molds or into small paper cups. Freeze 1-1/2 hrs, til slushy. Insert popsickle sticks and freeze 6 hrs or until firm.
3These will keep up to 1 week in the freezer.
