Makes abouat 2 cups - adjust accordingly

Ingredients

1 c
sugar, granulated
3 Tbsp
cornstarch
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 c
lemon juice
1 c
orange juice
1/4 c
hot water
1 Tbsp
butter or margarine
1 tsp
lemon peel zest
1 tsp
orange peel zest

Directions Step-By-Step

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. slowly stir in orange and lemon juice.

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add in zest(s).

Pour mixture into fondue pot with heat to keep warm.

Serve with the following or your own concoctions!

Serving Dippers: gingerbread squares, cream cheese squares rolled in toasted sesame seed, cantaloupe balls, donut slices, pound cake squares, angel food squares.
