Creamy Fruity Jello
This can be made with any flavored jello or matching fruit.
This one has pears and lime jello.
Try with peach jello and peaches.
blueberry jello with blueberries.
raspberry jello with raspberries.

- 15 1/2 oz
- can of pear halves in light syrup, undrained
- 1 c
- boiling water
- 3 oz
- pkg. lime jello
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice
- 6 to 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 tsp
- ground cinnamon
2Pour 1 1/4 cups of the jello mixture into an 8x4 inch loaf pan or 4-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate about 1 hour or until set but not firm- just so it mounds.
4Unmold by dipping mold in warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull jello from around edges with moist fingers. Place on a moist serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center jello on plate of salad greens and a few fruit pieces, if desired.
