Creamy Fruity Jello
This can be made with any flavored jello or matching fruit.
This one has pears and lime jello.
Try with peach jello and peaches.
blueberry jello with blueberries.
raspberry jello with raspberries.
- 15 1/2 oz
- can of pear halves in light syrup, undrained
- 1 c
- boiling water
- 3 oz
- pkg. lime jello
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice
- 6 to 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 tsp
- ground cinnamon
Stir boiling water into jello and salt in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved syrup and lemon juice.
Refrigerate about 1 hour or until set but not firm- just so it mounds.
Chill 4 hours or overnight is best.
