Preheat oven to 350^. Peel, core and slice apples, then combine with cranberry relish; set aside. Mix together cereal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly mixture forms. Press 1/3 of mixture on bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Spread with fruit, then top with remaining cereal mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any leftovers.
