Ingredients

1 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/8 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 large
egg
1/3 c
milk
1 Tbsp
butter,melted
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 c
crushed pineapple,drained

Step-By-Step

1Mix the dry ingredients,put aside.In separate bowl beat the egg,milk and butter.
2Mix the dry ingredients and the liquid mixture until smooth.
3Add lemon juice and pineapple.Drop into hot deep fryer using a teaspoon.Fry until golden brown.
4Remove,pat excess oil off with paper towel.Roll in sugar or powdered sugar while hot.
