~ Strawberries & Cream ~
- 1 - 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 - 1/3 c
- confectioners' sugar
- 1 c
- heavy cream
- if needed to think out
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 32 oz
- fresh strawberries - sliced or quartered
- if desired for the strawberries, i used 1 package of stevia - optional
THIS RECIPE COULD EASILY BE HALVED IF NOT NEEDING AS MUCH
Add cream and mix just until incorporated. Chill until ready to use. If too thick, thin out some with more cream or milk. You don't want it too thin to where it ends up in the bottom of the dish.
Such a quick, easy and pretty dessert. Impressive enough to serve to quests.
Keep any leftover cream chilled.
