I love Christmas in general but especially when Starbucks brings in its seasonal drinks and treats. They only have Cranberry Bliss Bars for a few short weeks and then they're gone. My friend made these and brought them to book group one time. I had to have the recipe and now, since I get asked for it all the time, I'm posting it.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan.
Cream sugar and butter, add flour, oats and orange zest and then white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Set aside a generous 2 cups of the mixture in a bowl and press the rest into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk mixture over the crust and spread out evenly. Sprinkle reserved 2 cups of crumb mixture over the top of everything. Bake another 15-20 minutes. Cool pan on wire rack.
