Ingredients

CAKE:

1 large
box moist deluxe chocolate cake mix
1 small
box instant vanilla pudding
2/3 c
vegetable oil, mixed with 4 large eggs
1 c
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract (pure)

FILLING:

1/2 c
butter or margarine
1 c
granulated sugar
1 c
milk
20 large
marshmallows
1 1/3 c
coconut
1 tsp
vanilla extract (pure)

FUDGE ICING:

3 c
powdered sugar
1/2 c
cocoa
6 Tbsp
butter or margarine, melted
1/3 c
milk
1 tsp
vanilla (pure)

Step-By-Step

1Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, 4 eggs, milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Divide between 3 greased and floured 8 or 9" cake pans. Bake as directed on cake mix box. Cool thoroughly.
2In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and milk. Boil together for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add other ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread between layers and stack as you go.
3Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth. Spread on top layer and over sides. Add more milk, if needed.
