Heat oven to350*. Butter a 9x13 inch pan. In a small bowl, combine walnuts and brown sugar; mix well. Set aside.
In another small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
In a large bowl; beat butter until fluffy. Add sugar and pudding mixes; beat until smooth. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Alternately add flour mixture and water, beating well after each addition. Pour half of the batter into the buttered pan; top with half the walnut mixture, cover with remaining batter and walnut mixture.
Bake at 350* for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. serve warm......Enjoy!
