Ingredients

1 c
packed brown sugar
2 1/2 c
bisquick
1 c
raisins (optional)
2/3 c
applesauce
2/3 c
chopped nuts
1
egg
2 Tbsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
butter, softened
1/4 c
all purpose flour

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet

3Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 10-12 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from oven and from cookie sheet. Cool slightly May frost if desired.
