marshmallow cream (7oz)
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Boil stirring for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream and beat with a hand mixer for 5 minutes.
Fold in the nuts and spread into a 9x13 pan lined with foil that has been well-greased. Place in fridge until completely cool.
Lift fudge out using the foil and peel it away. Place on a cutting board and cut into bite size pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
