This fudge turns out right every single time. My aunt gave my mom this recipe. Supposedly it is a See's candy recipe.

Ingredients

4 1/2 c
white sugar
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1 c
butter
2 tsp
vanilla
3 c
chocolate chips
1 jar(s)
marshmallow cream (7oz)
2 c
chopped walnuts

Step-By-Step

1Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Boil stirring for 6 minutes.

2Remove from heat and add vanilla, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream and beat with a hand mixer for 5 minutes.

3Fold in the nuts and spread into a 9x13 pan lined with foil that has been well-greased. Place in fridge until completely cool.

4Lift fudge out using the foil and peel it away. Place on a cutting board and cut into bite size pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
