This is quick way to make a snack cake covered with chocolate coconut frosting.

Ingredients

CAKE:

1 1/2 c
bisquick
1/3 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
cream or milk
1/2 c
semisweet chocolate chips melted and cooled
2 Tbsp
butter
1 tsp
vanilla or almond extract

FROSTING:

1/2 c
semisweet chocolate chips, melted
3 1/2 oz
can flaked coconut
1/4 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Cake:
Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl on low speed for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl frequently. Beat 4 minutes on medium speed.
Pour batter into greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350^ for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and frost.
2Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
