Twisted Cream Cheese Frosting

- butter, softened
- 1 c
- cream cheese, softened [not light or whipped]
- 3 3/4 c
- powdered sugar [1 lb]
- 1 tsp
- almond extract, pure
- 2 tsp
- vanilla extract, pure
1Cream softened [not melted] butter and cream cheese, till light and fluffy.
2Add powdered sugar 1/4 at a time, mixing on low until incorporated.
3Add extracts on low speed. Whip until light and fluffy.
This Frosting will seem pretty soft but will harden up as it sits and cools.
This generously frosts the top and sides of an over-sized 9x13 pampered chef stoneware pan
