Old Fashion Blueberry Coffee Cake

I didn't have a muffin pan so searched for an alternate way of enjoying fresh blueberries all week. found this on Yummly, but I changed it by adding the sour cream & sliced butter sugar topping. Truly a Coffee Cake everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

1-1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 stick
butter, unsalted
1-1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1-1/2 c
white sugar
3 Tbsp
sour cream
1/4 c
half n half
Dashes
cinnamon
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract

TOPPING CONSISTS OF 1-1/2 C. FRESH BLUEBERRIES, 4 TBLS. BROWN SUGAR, DASHES OF CINNAMON, SLICED BUTTER.

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Oil Cake pan sparingly. Set aside.

Mix dry ingredients well. Set aside.

Cream softened butter, Vanilla, & sugar.

Mix completely the dry ingredients w/ butter mixture, adding sour cream, egg & half n half.

Place batter in baking pan. Press handful of blueberries into batter, top w/ brown sugar & sliced cool butter.

Bake 30 minutes then cool. Enjoy as a dessert with whipped cream or as is for a breakfast coffee cake.
