- bicarbonate of soda

- gluten free plain flour
1Combine teaspoon of cream tartar and 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda.
2Mix 1 cup of gluten free plain flour and sift into a container to ensure that the cream of tartar and bicarob soda is mixed through the flour.
3Use as directed in gluten free recipes which requires self rising flour.
