Using a cake mix to start, then adding butterscotch pudding , apples ,nuts and chips this cake will be the hit for any brunch or dinner.s happy ending!

Ingredients

CAKE:

18 oz
yellow cake mix
3 oz
pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
2 medium
eggs
1 1/3 c
milk or water

TOPPING:

2 Tbsp
granulated sugar
2 c
peeled. thinly sliced cooking apples
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/3 c
butterscotch chips
1/3 c
chopped walnuts

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350^. Grease and flour a 15x10-inch jelly roll baking pan for bar-like or 9x13 for cake like. Bake the same..checking for doneness.
In a large bowl blend cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs and milk or water until moistened- then beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon- sprinkle on top of batter. Sprinkle chips and nuts over all.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick tests out clean.
