This is one easy dump cake. try it with other fruit too.

16 oz
box angel food cake mix, use dry mix
20 oz
can crushed pineapple with juice
with powdered sugar and/or whipped topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Dump dry cake mix into 9x13-inch ungreased cake pan and stir in the pineapple and juice and mix until blended well.
Bake in preheated 350^ oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on rack and serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top or whipped topping.

I have made this Angel Food Pineapple dump cake twice now and it was fantastic! Easy, light, and very tasty. I made whipped cream for the topping....yummy! Whole family loved it! Thanks Pat for posting this recipe.

can u make it with easy pumpkin pie mix, i have everything but i have never made n e thing like this b4 so im curious i have the angel cake mix n the 30 oz easy pumpkin pie mix how do i make it

Just baked this cake up this morning. Sooooo easy! I had a harder time finding the cake mix at the store than putting this together. LOL Mixed it up right in the baking pan - be aware when mixing, it does get fluffy, almost foamy (but not bubbly, if that makes sense!). It's a keeper; not fancy but perfect for a picnic, cookout or other informal gathering.
