Ingredients

pumpkin or squash seeds
water

Step-By-Step

1Because this recipe is so easy, I have added no quantities for your ingredients. Start with the seeds and add the water to the right consistency for pancake batter.
2Using blender or grinder, grind clean, dry seeds into a fine powder. Add water until it is the right consistency for pancake batter. Drop onto greased or non-stick pan on med-high heat. Size of pancake is up to you. Cook first side until you see bubbles on top. Flip and cook til done. Serve.
