Stormy's Notes:

I am going through so much oat milk that it has had me creating loads of new recipes for the pulp. so don't forget to check out the recipes with the oat pulp and the oat milk it's self. So far I have made a seeded bread, muffins, donuts, a suet cake, apple cake, cookies and apple pancakes

Directions

1
Mix well, it will be stiff. put in fridge for 1/2 hour and drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn and cook completely. remove and roll in cinnamon sugar.
2
can be served plain on the run like donuts or with syrup (to dunk in) in place of pancakes.
3
the oat pulp should be well drained of milk and look like this.
