Ingredients
| 3/4 c | oat pulp (1 1/2 recipe of oat milk to create this amount of pulp) |
| 1 1/2 c | buttermilk pancake mix |
| 1 lg | egg |
| 1 Tbsp | cinnamon sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | sesame seeds |

Directions
Mix well, it will be stiff. put in fridge for 1/2 hour and drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn and cook completely. remove and roll in cinnamon sugar.can be served plain on the run like donuts or with syrup (to dunk in) in place of pancakes.the oat pulp should be well drained of milk and look like this.
