I love to serve this on Christmas morning. Very easy to make.

Ingredients

12 slice
whole wheat bread
1 lb
thinly sliced deli ham, i used maple flavored
2 c
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
6
eggs
3 c
1% milk
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
each, salt and pepper
1/2 stick
melted butter
2 c
crushed cornflakes

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Line baking dish w/ 6 slices of bread. Layer bread w/ 1/2 the ham. Sprinkle w/ 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers.

2In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pour over bread mix. In another bowl, combine melted butter and cornflakes. Sprinkle over casserole.

3Bake for 50 mins.
