Ingredients

1 can(s)
5 oz. ham
3 large
eggs
1/2 large
sweet onion or shallot
1 small
yukon gold potato ,cubed
1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c
shredded smoked gouda cheese
1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
mayannaise
2 Tbsp
flour
1 large
9" pie shell
dash(es)
paprika

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Peel and dice potato and add to a microwave bowl add I/4 water and cook for 5-6 minutes and then drain and set aside.

2Open Ham and crumble in pie shell and add the following
Slice onion in small dice; add to pie shell and add potato and chesses ( can add all cheddar if don't like gouda ) ,

3In another mixing bowl add eggs whisk till blended ,add mayonnaise and milk and flour and salt.

4Pour egg mixture on top of ham and cheeses and use a fork to make sure it goes into the shell.Sprinkle with paprika

5Let set on counter for 10 minutes and then bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then 350 till set in middle.
