Navy Bean Sweet Bread

This bread does not required yeast. It is sweet. I love it on sandwiches or with cream cheese. The hubs likes it with sweet cream butter.

Either way you serve it, you will really impress your palate.

Sometimes the most unlikely ingredients can combine to create the most wonderful of flavors! This is one of the happy times. This bread smells so wonderful while baking, and tasted even better when it done. A terrific blending of sweet and salty!.

Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS

3 c
bread flour
1 c
ultragrain flour
1 c
sugar
3/4 c
dark brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp
baking soda
1 Tbsp
baking powder
2 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
sweet basil

WET INGREDIENTS

2 c
navy beans, boiled
1 Tbsp
vanilla
2
eggs
3/4 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
milk
3 Tbsp
sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp
dark molasses
1 Tbsp
garlic, chopped

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients. Set aside.
2In a second bowl, place all wet ingredients. Beat for 3 minutes.
3Then add wet to dry. Mix well.
4Pour into two bread pans sprayed with Baker's Joy.
5Place into an oven of 350F for 40 minutes or until a piece of uncooked spaghetti comes out clean.
