Ingredients

rice & quinoa flour
1 medium
avocado
1 c
honey

overripe bananas
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 c

squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Pre-set oven to 350 Degrees

Scoop 2 cups of the rice and quinoa blend (I used TruRoots Organic Gluten Free Sprouted rice and Quinoa blend) into a blender, and blend on high until consistency of flour.

In a mixing bowl, blend avocado and banana until pureed. Add in honey, baking soda, baking powder, salt, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.

In separate bowl, sift together rice/quinoa flour and cocoa powder.

While mixer is on low, gradually add flour mixture until well combined.

Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter in greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes depending on your oven.
