Cocktail Beer Bread

This is a great bread to cut each slice into 4 and use with your favorite appetizer toppings..or to eat with your favorite soup or for salad toast a piece and then cut into cubes and sprinkle on your salad...
This batter will be great made as muffins and bake for about 15 minutes .

1/4 c
butter, melted
3 c
1/3 c
granulated sugar
11 1/2 oz
bottle mixx tail hurrican cocktail (bud light brand)

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 325^. Grease bottom of large loaf pan at least 9x5.cut piece of wax paper to fit bottom of pan and spray the paper. Set pan aside.
In a glass bowl, stir together the Bisquick, cocktail beer and then add 2 tablespoons of the butter and stir with a wooden spoon until just blended. Pour into prepared pan. Brush top with remaining butter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tested with a wooden toothpick. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Run a knife around the sides of the pan and remove loaf from pan and peel the wax paper from the bottom of loaf --place on wire rack. Brush top and sides of loaf with soft butter and cool 15 minutes before slicing.
note: non alcoholic beer may be used if desired..
