This recipe for Garlic Bread is excellent with my Zucchini Lasagna. This recipe contains;

3 bread allowance
2 milk allowance

This recipe was given to me by my sister Kathy and she got it from her mother in law, Margaret.

Ingredients

3 large
eggs
3 oz
melba thin diet slice white bread
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
2/3 c
alba non-fat dry milk powder
2 tsp
grated parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

With electric mixer, beat eggs and bread together. Stir in garlic powder, milk powder and baking powder.
Spread dough in a Pam sprayed loaf pan (7x3-inch).
Sprinkle the top with cheese.

Bake at 350^ for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
