I had ran of pineapple so decided to try apples instead. May you be as peasantly surprised as I am with the taste.

Ingredients

2 medium
eggs
1-1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
almond extract
4 c
all purpose flour
1 c
carrot
1/2 c
water or milk
1 medium
apple
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
coconut oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel & cube cut apples. Place in saucepan w/ water, coconut oil, br.sugar. Simmer until bubbly.

Mix dry ingredients then add eggs into center next add flavoring, milk. Stir. Fold together until moist.

Pour cooked sweetened carrots & Apples into mixture. Mix well. Bake batter into a loaf on 350 " pan for 60 minutes. Cool, slice, serve. Is Good for any occasion.
