| 1/2 c | vegetable oil |
| 1 c | granulated sugar |
| 2 lg | eggs |
| 3 Tbsp | milk |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 c | king arthur whole wheat flour |
| 1 c | king arthur unbleached all purpose flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 c | chopped walnuts |
| 2 Tbsp | granulated sugar |
| 1 tsp | ground cinnamon |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan.In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add oil, sugar (1 Cup), eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir to combine.Mix in the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chopped walnuts. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to thoroughly combine ingredients.Transfer the batter into the prepared pan. Mix together the of sugar (2 Tablespoons) and cinnamon and sprinkler over the batter.Bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then tip out of the pan and transfer to a rack to cool completely
