Halloween (pumpkin) Bread

I love pumpkin, growing up in the country in ky, fall was the best time of year for me and still is.

Ingredients

3 c
sugar
1 c
oil

eggs, beaten
2 c
pumpkin
3 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
cloves
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
2/3 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

combine sugar, oil, and eggs. add pumpkin and mix well. add dry ingreds. add water and mix thoroughly.

pour into 2 greased loaf pans.bake 350 for 1 hour or til bread tests done. can be frozen til ready to use.

NOTE: i like to make this recipe and use mini loaf (foil) pans-to give to friends.
