Fireman Bob's Yorkshire Pudding my way....

When I do a Sunday Beef Roast, it always has to have the Yorkshire Pudding... I served a LDS Mission in England for 2 years back in 1972 to '74... I LOVE this Pudding...

Ingredients

4 large
eggs - beaten
2 c
milk
3/4 c
pan drippings ( from roast )
1 3/4 c
flour - sifted
1 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper or to taste
1/4 tsp
caraway seeds
1/4 tsp
rosemary, dried
1/4 tsp
thyme, dried

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Combine eggs, milk, pan drippings, flour, salt, cayenne pepper, caraway seeds, and rosemary, and thyme.

Beat for 3 minutes

While beating mixture, coat bottom and sides of a muffin pan with butter or remaining pan drippings.

VERY IMPORTANT...

Place muffin pan in oven to heat pan before adding mixture.

When mixture has been beaten for 3 minutes, pour mixture into muffin pan making sure all cups are evenly distributed.

Place in oven at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes, lower heat to 350 degrees F and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve immediately with your Roast.
