60 Minute Rolls
Place milk, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar on top and let yeast proof. Place milk, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt in microwave cup or bowl. Heat until butter, sugar, and salt are melted and dissolved. Add to proofed yeast (make sure milk is not too hot).
Put bowl in warm place and let rise about 15 minutes.
Punch down; shape into rolls and place on greased baking sheet.
Let rise 15 minutes and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
