This is a pretty versatile recipe when it comes to wanting to make some personal modifications.

I.E. Replace Stevia with 6t agave nectar... or...

1c ground flax seed & 1c whole wheat flour...

Ingredients

2 c
flax seed, ground
5
egg whites

whole eggs, large
5 Tbsp
flax oil, coconut oil, or olive oil
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
water
3
stevia packets
1 Tbsp
pure vanilla extract
1 tsp
ground cinnamon (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients.

2Mix all wet ingredients, and whisk into the dry ingredients. Pour into a bread pan, and bake for 30-40 mins.

3Some other awesome additions are pumpkin, fresh banana or protein powder flavor of choice. Great topped with almond or peanut butter!
