1

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 c

1 tsp
baking soda
nuts (optional)

Step-By-Step

2Spray a 12-compartment muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill cups 2/3 full with batter.
3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
4Can also be baked in regular bread pans for 55 minutes. The baked bread or muffins can be wrapped in foil and frozen. When ready to use, defrost, unwrap and reheat in paper towel in the microwave.
