Veggie Dip in Baguette Rounds

Ingredients

1 pkg	knorr vegetable recipe mix
1/2 c	good mayonnaise
16 oz	dairy sour cream
1 md	baguette (or more)
	assorted vegetables, cut up to fit in prepared cups

This traditional vegetable dip using Knorr Vegetable Mix is bound to be a hit at your next party or buffet. So easy and and convenient. Try other dip recipes in these little bread appetizers. So great , less mess, when veggies are gone just "eat the bread"!!

Directions

Combine all ingredients except baguettes in a medium bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before using to blend flavors.
Stir before using.

Cut baguette on a slant into 3 inch rounds; scoop out about 2 inched of center of each round leaving about 1/2 to 1 inch wall. Let set out while dip is chilling to dry out slightly.

When ready to assemble place an ample amount of dip in each bread cup and add some of the prepared veggies into the dip in the little cups.

Pat ,I will be bringing this to a baby shower..This is a really great way tp serve the dip.Plus I am bring bring my Armadillo On a Half Shell,which I will use Pistolettes or Small Baguetts,to stuff.I have been ask to bring finger appetizers,I had to bring three,and the last one is my smoked salmon and crean cheese,and cuecumbers...

Thank You Pat,I read him what you said and he said "Sure enough"Pat ,God has so blessed me with this man....Now if I would only learn to read and check my spelling before posting..I have been baking since I got home..My friends son commited sucide ,the other night and we have been with them since then ...The Baby Shower is nent week,and I love the assorted veg,on these..I had to bake some cakes and pie's to take to my friends ,they have so many people coming in from out of town..I relly need to bake some more sugar free stuff ,but it will have to wait .I will work on them between services .I have to go to bed,I am wiped out..Pat
