- bulk breakfast sausage
- eggs,( 8 hard boiled eggs shelled, and 2 raw)
- 2 c
- dried bread crumbs
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2Divide the sausage meat into 8 pieces and flatten each into a disk. Fully encase hard boiled egg in the sausage, sealing the meat with your fingertips.
3Beat the raw eggs in a medium bowl. Put the bread crumbs on a pie plate or a small mixing bowl.
4Dip each sausage encrusted egg first in the raw egg, then into bread crumbs.
5Put the eggs on a baking sheet and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
