eggs,( 8 hard boiled eggs shelled, and 2 raw)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Divide the sausage meat into 8 pieces and flatten each into a disk. Fully encase hard boiled egg in the sausage, sealing the meat with your fingertips.
Beat the raw eggs in a medium bowl. Put the bread crumbs on a pie plate or a small mixing bowl.
Dip each sausage encrusted egg first in the raw egg, then into bread crumbs.
Put the eggs on a baking sheet and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
