Favorite Stuffed Jalapenos

- 2 c
- mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1/4 c
- 1 pkg
- bacon bits, real bacon
- 1/2 c
- pecan chips
- 1 can(s)
- pickled jalapeno halves
1Use the Hormel Real Bacon bits, not fake stuff.
Drain the jalapenos in a strainer.
2Mix the remaining ingredients. Adjust the mayo as needed to make it so it's not dry.
3Stuff the pepper halves with the mixture. Serve "as is", DO NOT BAKE or heat.
PS...I sometimes soften cream cheese and use half mayo and half cream cheese. I haven't tried it yet, but I think next time I will try using roasted fresh jalapenos instead of canned, because I can control the heat level. I usually snack on the carrot slices in the jalapeno can (my little guilty sneak).
